What file type(s) do you recommend when uploading artwork?

  • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • PDF (Adobe Reader PDF)
  • PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
  • JPEG (High-Resolution JPEG)
  • TIFF (High-Resolution TIFF)

Thumbnail JPGs or GIFs cannot be used for prints. PSD, JPEG, and TIFF files get blurry when enlarged. If submitting these files, follow these guidelines

  • 100% scale (full-size output) at 100 dpi
  • 50% scale at 200 dpi or higher
  • 25% scale at 300 dpi or higher
  • 10% scale at 600-1200 dpi

We recommend sending vector files. Vector files are scalable to any size and never lose resolution if the image is enlarged. Vector files can be submitted in any size.

Once my reprint has been approved, can I change the artwork?

You will have to recreate a new order if your order has been sent for production. Select the FREE Proof option when ordering a product to confirm the file is ready to be sent for production.

How many colors can each banner include?

There is no color limit. You may use an unlimited amount of color options for your print.

Do you print on both sides of a banner?

Yes, sort of. A double-sided banner is compromised of two banners attached together by stitching. This prevents the opposite sides from being visible when viewing the banner.

Do you print width by height (W x H) or height by width (H x W)?

We always measure width by height (W x H). Sizing option inputs are labeled appropriately.

Do you print vertical print banners?

Yes, iCuefy.com does.

What if I don’t like the proof of my artwork?

No worries. We will not start production until we receive your approval. You will be provided the option to send a new file.

What if the colors on my product don’t come out the way I expected?

Our printers are designed to print colors that meet industry standards. However, due to the different devices producing different variations of the same color, color issues at times do occur. In cases that they do, we cannot be held responsible. We will not issue refunds or accept returns due to color, depth, or tone. Each case is addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer a quality guarantee?

iCuefy.com offers a 30-day promise guarantee that products don’t contain manufacturing defects. 30-day promise guarantee also applies if a product fails, breaks, or has a print issue (ink, etc.) due to a manufacturing defect during that time period. If an issue does occur, we will either offer a replacement or credit you the amount paid for the defective product. We reserve the right to investigate a claim to determine if the claim meets our 30-day promise guarantee.

How are you able to offer low prices without affecting your quality?

Our print shop is one of the largest producers in the United States. We have access to the best rates for all materials needed to provide you a quality print.

Do you offer the option to add wind slits to my banner?

Yes, we offer the option at an additional charge.

Are banners weatherproof and waterproof?

Our Vinyl Banners are weatherproof and waterproof.

What do you recommend if I am hanging my banner across 2 poles (for example, between a street, over an event, etc.)?

We recommend using bungee cords to ensure the banner will hang properly. In these types of cases, we highly recommend unhanging the banner if the wind is too strong.

Does iCuefy.com provide discounts?

For simplicity, we have set a fixed shipping rate for all deliveries in the United States.

How long does it take to receive my product?

We start production once you approve your artwork. Production can last 1-5 days. Thereafter, the shipping carrier determines when you receive your product. All in all, it can take 3-10 days for you to receive your product when using our standard delivery. We can provide rush order accommodations for an additional fee.

Does iCuefy ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship in the United States.

Can I mail any payments due?

All payments must be paid using iCuefy.com or software provided by iCuefy.com.
